Criminal Defense Lawyer Topic and FAQ's
One of my roles as a criminal defense lawyer in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach is to counsel my clients about the law. After many years of experience, there are a number of common questions that I am asked by my clients. For instance, people are often times very confused and ill informed about their Constitutional rights.
What happens if I am not read my rights?
Are police allowed to search your car during a traffic stop?
Will I be sent to prison even though I am a first time offender?
These and many other common questions will be addressed in this section. I will also explain some of the most fundamental concepts in American Constitutional law that every person living in the United States needs to understand.
I will also discuss a number of defense topics that are relevant to criminal law and criminal defense. As a former prosecutor, I will also share my knowledge of law enforcement and criminal prosecutions so that the reader has a broad, objective, and complete understanding of what he/she is facing.
Knowing the prosecutor’s play book will give you a huge advantage in court.
The coming sections will also include discussions about the following topics, among others:
- Criminal Cases I Handle
- Due Process
- Equal Protection
- Eye Witness Testimony
- Federal Appellate Procedure
- Federal Criminal Procedure
- Federal Rules of Evidence
- Federal Speedy Trial Rule

Given my perspective as a criminal defense lawyer, I will also be addressing FAQ’s I encounter on a regular basis. As I explained above, my job as a criminal defense lawyer is to counsel you about the law. This includes answering all of your questions.
Unlike other criminal defense lawyers in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach, I believe in taking as much time as is necessary to help the client understand what he/she is facing and to answer every one of their questions.
If you do not see the answer to your question here, feel free to contact us by using our online form. Odds are your question has been dealt with before and an answer is readily available. However, as an experienced criminal defense lawyer, I can also tell you that each case is unique and it is not unusual to encounter a client with a new and novel question.
I hope this section helps.
